Terms and Conditions

• Payment Policy : 'Early Booker' excepted, no deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require credit card details. Full payment is required on departure.
• Cancellations : 'Early Booker' excepted, Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date are free. Thereafter, the first nights charge will be taken, as will ‘noshows’.
• Children : Unfortunately the property not suitable for children under 8 years of age.
• Check in is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11am on the day of departure. Other times by arrangement only.
• Damage : Any damage or loss to a room or property may be charged.*
• Smoking : No smoking is permitted within the house except on the outdoor patio.
• Pets : Sorry no pets, the house cat Jojo will not allow it.
• Early Booker : No cancellations or refunds allowed. Payment on booking
